Creating an intuitive interactive explorer experience

Health financing company Care Credit sought an engaging, easily understandable and visually appealing solution to illustrate its diverse services effectively.

The Problem

Care Credit offers services across a wide variety of diverse sectors, and needed to simplify the navigation of complex healthcare offerings for its customers. Information had to be accessible and understandable and available on different devices, including web, mobile, and touchscreens.

What We Did

Collaboration with Design by Soap: Final Version collaborated with Design by Soap, known for their expertise in creating interactive and illustrative designs, to develop an animated and interactive world representing Care Credit's various services. A virtual street scene was designed, featuring shops and buildings which each represented a specific healthcare service. This lively street scene included characters and animation to make the experience relatable and engaging.

Interactive Elements and Drill down Navigation: Interactive elements allowed users to explore different services by virtually entering an office and interacting with a doctor. This feature provided detailed information in an engaging manner.

Versatile Design for Multiple Devices: The solution was designed to be responsive, working seamlessly on web, mobile, and touchscreen devices. This ensured versatility, allowing the interactive experience to be utilized at events and on various platforms.

The Results

The Care Credit interactive visualization project transformed a complex set of information into an engaging, understandable, and versatile user experience.
